Tramp Harbor Addition

This addition was designed by Waldron Designs and seamlessly integrates with the existing structure. The primary focus was to provide the client with a space to age in place. We incorporated amenities that cater to the unique needs of aging. Some highlights included an elevator for effortless mobility across floors, a curbless shower, ADA doorways, and heated floors, all while maintaining the home’s aesthetic appeal.

By focusing on both safety and style, we’ve created a space that not only meets the practical requirements of aging but also enhances the home’s overall comfort and beauty. This project is a testament to our commitment to designing and building homes that grow with our clients, offering them peace of mind and the ability to live independently in the place they love.
